Welcome to Rapid ResQ ("we", "our", or "us"). This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation of orders and the refund process for purchases made through the Rapid ResQ Application ("App").

1. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed through the Rapid ResQ App, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Refund Policy
All sales made through the Rapid ResQ App are final. Once you have purchased and received a product, no returns or refunds will be accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will resolve your issue or refund your money within 7 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at within 7 business  days of receipt with details and supporting evidence photos. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or remedy as determined by Rapid ResQ.
